I've used travelsupermarket since University, predominantly booking car hire. Always an easy site to use and have also found great holiday deals too.

I was going to making a car rental booking with Travelsupermarket.com but thankfully checked out the reviews @ Trustpilot which are dire. Phew, that was a close shave!!! I very nearly pressed the 'pay now' button

Bought flights through dream world travel through Travel Supermarket and unfortunately a quick google of the companies and the reviews would of saved me a £1000. No flights absolute scam. Ive emailed travelsupermarket as to why they allow these companies to sell through their website and have been ignored. Go direct to the company or use skyscanner. Terrible experience and £1000 down with no flights and no explanation. Now i'm in a lengthy process of a "chargeback" which may or may not be succesfull.

I have paid for Fast Track service through their website, but it wasn't available on the day when I was flying. I have asked for my money back, but they are not replying. I will never use them again, and I won't recommend to anyone to use them as they won't be getting back to you.

Sadly, this is another company who appears to be happy to take a cut of your money but offer nothing in return.

I recently booked car hire through their website. The car hire company - Enterprise - accepted my booking then told me the car wasn't available and offered an alternative at an inflated price. I had no choice but to cancel the booking and look for a better company to deal with. I have since been told that this company overbooks at the lower price in order to reel in more potential customers.

Looking at the many poor comments in the reviews about enterprise I don't know why Travelsupermarket doesn't remove them from their searches until they treat their customers fairly and earn some respect.

Non existent product! Booked car hire excess. Money left the account. No confirmation ever sent. Still waiting to hear back from them... Feels like a total scam.

I used travelsupermarket because I trust their brand and as such trust their representatives to whom they refer me for services.
They gave me speedy quotes for flights and I linked from the website to dream world travel. From there it’s going very badly. The broker has taken full payment within minutes of the link and a week later provided no confirmation or evidence that they have booked my flight.
I rang travel supermarket help line to get an automated dead end call after lots of options. No option to speak to an operative was given I was cut off after being thanked for calling!! Very poor indeed.
We expect the comparison site to take some responsibility for recommending reputable professional firms when spending £1000s - that is why you get commission surely?!

I have used Travelsupermarket many times in the past but have noticed recently that the prices advertised for hotels are not the price you get when you are transferred to the relevant provider i.e. Agoda. The prices are much higher than advertised. Reported this to travelsupermarket via e-mail but never got a reply.

Used to be a very good comparison site. Fake prices on flights especially CRYSTAL TRAVEL. The prices are always fake and they must be kicked out as they destroy the whole idea of a good comparison and waste time. There is always a phone call after booking as the price offered is non existent and try to offer a different price. Can Travel Supermarket do something about these scammers. Otherwise there is no point in even visiting the site.

We booked a hotel / parking package at Heathrow with Travelsupermarket . The hotel ( Holiday Garden in T2 ) was excellent however the parking ( Blue Circle ) was awful.

Blue Circle took 1 hour to get our car to us from when we called them to advise we had cleared customs . They misled us on 3 occasions about when the car would be returned so we were left hanging around in a cold car park waiting for our car . When I spoke to Blue Circle to complain they said they would credit my account with the full parking fee . A week after the incident and It would seem that Blue Circle continue to mislead their customers as no monies have been refunded .

We trusted Travel supermarket as a brand, given the Martin Lewis connection, though now sold on. We have used it regularly for hotels and flights. They are a part of Moneysupermarket which has a clear customer first ethics code, insisted on by Martin Lewis when he sold it on. So why do they deal with dodgy agents? My partner booked a flight via Travelsupermarket with TRAVELUP, (BEWARE!), which was cancelled by British Airways, though the borders were open. One year later, she has not had a penny back, though legally entitled to a full refund. She would not have booked via Travel Up as she did not know them, but trusted Travel supermarket to refer her to legitimate companies, not fraudsters. I am pursuing the case on her behalf.

I booked a parking space through travel supermarket at Manchester airport, due to the virus my holiday was cancelled. I received an email from travel supermarket stating they will not provide a refund but will give me a voucher instead, I replied to them saying I did not want the voucher I want my money back, they have not replied. My advice is do not use this company.

Was transferred via Virgin Rail as this is now defunct, ordered tickets to London. Price ok. Requested e-ticket. Download to wallet doesn't work, scan QR code, doesn't work, need to keep email with pdf on phone for ticket check - annoying.

My review mostly comes from the lack of receipt. I went to expense this trip only to find they don't provide receipts if you order an e-ticket. Sent an email to Customer Service, no reply. Poor processes and poor customer service and I'm nearly £200 out of pocket as I can't expense the trip. Tickets no longer have the price on them. Ridiculous,

Do not trust Travelsupermarket. The information they had provided on the website is totally misleading! I had booked my space for airport cark park via Travelsupermarket and chose the flexible booking. Few days later i had amended the booking and on completing the change i was charged additional £7.50

For flexible booking they have not provided any information on the charges that i would incur for a change and confirmed with the call center , yet, it looks like i am not going to get the refund . So was asked to raise a complaint which i think will be wasted

Unhappy that advertised prices as incorrect ..
Perfect holidays states that hold baggage included
in price ,however when booking price hiked up by £190
to inc hold baggage and then by £160 for airport taxes ???

Booking agent seemed unconcerned with a take or leave it attitude
and seemed totally aware of situation..
Deliberate mis pricing to pull you to their site ...
